  • What type of insurance do you take?

We offer: CDPHP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark, United Health, Cigna & Aetna plans.

  • What if I am not using insurance?

My self-pay rate is $150 per 53 minute session. Some insurance plans offer an out-of-network reimbursement once your deductible has been met, but you would need to check with your specific plan regarding your plan's benefits.

  • How do I book an appointment?

The best way to book an appointment is on the website by clicking the “Request Appointment” link at the top of this website.

Established clients can also log into the patient portal via the Simple Practice app to make scheduling changes or requests. Appointments are booked on the hour and last on average 53 minutes.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

You may do this via the patient portal, or by calling the office at (518) 480-7157.  If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Insurance does not reimburse for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. However, some services, such as the medical intake and Psychosocial Evaluation may be covered depending on your insurance plan.

Please talk to your provider about information regarding the expected cost of treatment.
